If you need to install Teams onto your home computer then use the link below. If you have Hillier Hopkins LLP owned IT equipment then contact the Helpdesk and we can arrange to install Teams for you.

Remember you can also download the Teams app for iPhone or Android and receive your calls and contact your colleagues via the app as well.

I have two screens at home but my Citrix apps only open on one screen. There are a couple of things for you to check:

1. Make sure you have the latest Citrix Workspace app – there is a link on this page to take you to the download area. Install the app on your machine, you may need to uninstall the old version first.
   
   You may be asked for the server address remote.hhllp.co.uk and you can then enter your login name and password.
   
   
2. If you are using a web browser try using Chrome as this works much better with our remote Citrix portal.
