I have two screens at home but my Citrix apps only open on one screen. There are a couple of things for you to check:
- Make sure you have the latest Citrix Workspace app – there is a link on this page to take you to the download area. Install the app on your machine, you may need to uninstall the old version first.
You may be asked for the server address remote.hhllp.co.uk and you can then enter your login name and password.
- If you are using a web browser try using Chrome as this works much better with our remote Citrix portal.
My Document Manager appears to hang when I try and save a document.
This may happen when one of the save windows in Document Manager doesn’t appear on your screens when working from home on a single or dual screen. To reset the save windows follow these instructions:
In Document Manager got to the FILE menu, select USER SETTINGS. On the general tab at the bottom right is a RESET button, click on it and answer yes to clear all saved windows positions to reset the windows.
